Astier De Villatte Setsuko Tree Vase 2 Openings
Designers of furniture and white ceramics, Ivan Pericoli and Benoît Astier de Villatte founded their company in 1996. The only ceramic makers in Paris, they work from their studio on Boulevard Masséna and export all over the world.
Following in the tradition of the great ceramic ateliers of the 18th century, Astier de Villatte creates handmade ceramics in Paris using ancestral molding and stamping techniques. Each piece has an inscription incised into the clay: the logo of an interlaced A and V, along with the initials of the artisan who made the piece.
This Astier de Villatte Setsuko Tree Vase with 2 Openings is a pretty vase that creates the impression that your flowers are growing out of an elegant tree trunk. The delicate bark-like texture is highlighted by the distinctive milky-white ceramic glaze. Made in collaboration with Setsuko Klossowska de Rola.
Dimensions: 17.5cm x 12.5cm x 8cm
