Due to Covid 19 The Rowanwood is closed to the public.  We are offering curb side pick up.  You will be notified when your parcel is ready for pick and given a day and time to pick up your parcel.

How can I shop at The Rowanwood?

Make a private appointment with us Monday - Saturday and we can bring the available items on your wishlist for you to shop in person

Gifts, Returns and Exchanges

Save the hassle and cost of shipping, and bring your gift exchanges or returns back in person

Is this your new store?

We are finalizing the details on our new space and will make an announcement about the opening of our flagship store this Spring.


How do I get in?

When you arrive at 1 Rowanwood, the main door is to the right of the Augustina boutique. Upon entering the hallway, our buzzer is on your right side. Please buzz Advice from a Caterpillar and we will unlock the interior door for you. Proceed up the stairs and our door is on the left.

What payment is accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal. We are cashless and paperless!

Can I use my store credit or gift card at The Rowanwood?

Yes absolutely. Please provide us with your name and we will be able to apply any credit to your purchase.

Can I bring my children to The Rowanwood?

Yes absolutely - but we recommend that you make an appointment so that we can have alternative sizes available. In addition, the apartment does not have stroller access and space is limited.

Can I find everything that is on the website at The Rowanwood?

No. The Rowanwood is a small apartment so we will have a curated edit of each collection. If you would like to ensure that you can see specific items, please make an appointment with us.

How do I make an appointment with you?

Email us at info@advicefromacaterpillar.ca and we will arrange your appointment with you. 

How do I make a wishlist?

If you haven't already, create an account with us and log in. As you shop, click the 'Add to Wishlist' link on each product page.

How do I send you my wishlist?

On the wishlist page in your account, underneath the main main, a box will appear with your personal wishlist link - please copy this into a new email and send to info@advicefromacaterpillar.ca when you make your appointment.
